CZECH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT TECHNICIANS

 

Interested in giving technical support for users?

Develop your technical skills, become a specialist of a huge electronic brand’s devices and participate special practical trainings?

Would like to work with your Czech language knowledge?

 

Your tasks:

  • Receiving and handling incoming phone calls and e-mails
  • Providing information and answering queries about the products
  • Giving support to customers in general related questions
  • Giving guidance and solving problems
  • Providing a positive experience for customers
  • Recording all customer interactions via the client's tools

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Czech language
  • Conversational English language knowledge
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Have a strong customer service focus
  • Excellent problem solving skills and communication skills, monotony tolerance
  • Experience in administration
